Our staff are specially trained in dementia and memory loss disorders. Caregivers are required to attend on-going training on specific topics pertaining to resident care. A majority of our caregivers are certified nursing assistants and have additional certifications such as first aid and CPR. Our training program is designed to help the caregiver understand life from the residents’ perspective.
At Lily and Syringa, we offer a wide variety of services which include: 24 hour care, a licensed nurse on staff, close proximity to a medical center, medication assistance, dietitian approved meals and snacks, bathing assistance, overall assistance with everyday needs, daily housekeeping, laundry, and most important, secured facilities with alarm systems. Our talented staff is trained and able to provide the best care possible to our residents.
